IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Coghill: Page 1, line 8: Delete "$100,000,000" Insert "$19,500,000" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 447(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Objection was heard. The Speaker stated that CSHB 447(FIN) will be in third reading on the April 15, 2000, calendar.
